Every day we check what low-cost flights cost across Europe, and we keep the prices. This is where we publish what they show. Under each study we explain how the sums were done, and you're free to reuse the numbers if you credit us.

How we work the numbers out
The prices we hold aren't a sample picked at random. They land in our archive when somebody searches for a flight, so some routes turn up hundreds of times and others barely at all. Average the whole lot together and you're measuring the habits of the people searching, not the price of the tickets. So we compare each flight only against itself: we look at what that route normally costs, then at how far this particular price sits above or below it. Under every study you'll find how many prices went in and which ones we left out.
What this data doesn't tell you
Our archive holds the last price we saw for each departure day. It doesn't hold the history, meaning how that price moved week by week. So we can't tell you how much a ticket climbs as departure gets closer, and we can't compare with last year either. The day we start recording that as well, we'll say so here.
